You’re welcome to come whenever works best for you, but we recommend arriving by Friday so you’re settled and ready for the Saturday afternoon wedding. We’ll be around Thursday through Monday and looking forward to celebrating with everyone throughout the weekend!

Please plan to arrive about 30 minutes early so you have time to get settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM, and unfortunately, the chapel does not allow entry once the ceremony has started.

Transportation after the ceremony will be provided to Circa Resort & Casino so the celebration can continue! Details will be shared closer to the date. Enjoy an open bar and buffet-style dinner. Celebrate with us, mingle, enjoy the music, and feel free to explore Fremont throughout the night!

Warm days in the 80s and cooler evenings in the 60s are typical in late September. All events will be indoors, but we recommend bringing a light jacket for time spent outside.

While we absolutely love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. Please note that Circa Resort & Casino is a 21+ property.
